Edgewater Chicago

The Edgewater development is a five story 50-unit apartment project comprised of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom layouts. Edgewater's proximity to Lake Michigan, the Red Line elevated train, Loyola University and the beaches of Hollywood and Foster make it an attractive place to live. Edgewater has seen an influx of new residents in recent decades and home selling prices and average rents in Edgewater have climbed higher than other areas in Chicago.

The North Park development is a new mixed use development which is comprised of 47 apartments and 3 retail. It is strategically located between two universities - North Park University and Northeastern Illinois University - and offers potential for prime lease contracts with either or both institutions. North Park University is growing in diversity and academic relevance. The university has added new buildings, including the Johnson Center for Science and Community Life, the Brandel Library, and the Anderson Chapel. North Park is a neighborhood with a mix of urban and suburban feel, with many bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. It's home to many families, young professionals, and retirees
